Responsibility
Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability
We help to shape the future of the world here at Anholt Vintage I/S. We contribute significantly to the continuous supply of everyday necessities needed to build, preserve, and improve our surroundings. It's the reason we go to work and what we do. We aim to generate value and promote long-term growth for all of our stakeholders, including our workers, customers, shareholders, and the communities and countries where we conduct business. This is based on our commitment to safety and our basic principles of honesty, decency, responsibility, transparency, and entrepreneurship. We are committed to implementing the Ten Principles of the UNGC.
HSSE Policy
Successful management of Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment (HSSE) is essential to the success of our operations. Our staff and contractors constantly implement one of our key principles, which is the prevention of accidents and incidents. We believe accidents and injuries may be avoided. Our goal is to have no mishaps, but we also want to be aware of our surroundings. We are dedicated to prospering within a deeply embedded culture of safety and operational excellence. Consequently, our organization has implemented stringent HSSE management procedures and standards. We ensure that all employees, including contractors, are aware of our standards at our locations.
We shall strive to meet and, where feasible, beyond the requirements set out by regional laws and regulations as we endeavor to integrate industry best practices into our operations. A special HSSE committee has been established as a result. The Vision and Principles of Health and Safety may be found here.
Business Ethics
We are committed to doing business in an ethical and truthful way. We accomplish our long-term objectives and remain a preferred business partner by maintaining our commitment to moral business conduct. We are powerful because of the acts of our people. To keep us on track, we created a Code of Conduct. It provides guidance on how to identify and resolve ethical and legal dilemmas in our daily work life.
We believe in diversity and inclusiveness, thus we put them into practice. Harassment or discrimination are not accepted. When you work for or with us, we want you to feel safe and appreciated. We have a whistleblower program in place that allows staff members to report problems anonymously via a 24/7, multilingual website that we independently manage or through our Compliance Officers.
Operational Excellence
We set high standards to improve our operational excellence. This indicates that we work to achieve a deeply embedded culture of safety and operational excellence and are dedicated to reaching our target objective of zero incidents while conducting business in an ecologically responsible way. We also think that injuries and accidents can be avoided. It also means reducing waste, minimizing our carbon footprint, and protecting the environment. Together, we create an atmosphere at work where social responsibility, sustainability, and safety are given first priority.
We make significant investments in expanding our liquid bulk portfolio, which includes processing operations, as well as in growing Agri-Minerals' storage, shipping, and handling capabilities. Through greenfield construction, the purchase of operating terminals, and the extension of our current locations, we also seek sustainable growth. We have a significant focus on related business potential, with a special emphasis on energy transition options such as hydrogen, chemical recycling, and chilled gases. Our efforts to create wealth and develop over the long run will benefit all of our stakeholders..
